Orders will ship no later than 4 working days after payment confirmation (unless containing items out of stock).
Shipping costs are based on the final weight of the parcel as detailed in the table below. All shipping cost will be available in your shopping cart before the confirmation and payment of any order.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We hace found several problems in Post deposit/PO boxes delivery by courrier. If you need to be delivered to a PO box, please contact us before ordering.
If no transport options became available during the checkout possibly your order is above the weight limit (15 kg for Spanish domestic orders and 10kg for international orders). Please divide your order into smaller ones or contact us (info@terrakami.com) to know other options for heavy parcels.Terrakami Games will not cover any customs duty applied on the parcel destination.
If you received any damaged shipping please contact us for a return or replacement by the mail address info@terrakami.com on the 24 hours after arrival. Detailing the reasons of your claim and attaching pictures of the damages if it is possible. In case you choose a return we will proceed to refund the order cost in the same payment method used, deducting the applied shipping costs.
Due to the imposibility to get information about Non tracked small parcels, Terrakami could only attend reclamations on undelivered parcels shipped by this option is the package is received back on our warehouse.
